Fatemeh Bagheri is an Integrated Researcher at the Research Center for Tourism, Sustainability, and Well-being (CinTurs), University of Algarve (UAlg). She is also a Senior Communication Technician in the SEA-EU Office of UAlg. Fatemeh is an academic with a comprehensive background in Tourism Management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, a Master's degree in Tourism Marketing Management, and a Ph.D. in Tourism Management. From 2019 to 2021, Fatemeh was an Assistant Professor in the Tourism Department at the University of Guilan in Iran. During this time, she was actively involved in numerous tourism and marketing initiatives, both independently and as part of collaborative efforts. She also has experience Teaching at the universities of Tehran (Faculty of Management), Allameh Tabataba'i (Faculty of Management and Accounting), and Science and Culture (Faculty of Tourism) from 2017-2021. Fatemeh has an impressive publication record, with scientific papers in top-tier journals such as Travel Research, Current Issues in Tourism, Tourism Recreation Research, etc. She also contributes to the academic community through her roles on top journals' Editorial Boards and Review teams, including Hospitality Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Destination Marketing & Management, Current Issues in Tourism, and Tourism Analysis. She has recently finished her Postdoc project at the Research Center for Tourism, Sustainability, and Well-being (CinTurs), University of Algarve.
