Mohammadhossein Shahzamaniancichani (M. Hossein Shahzamanian C.) graduated in Communication-Electrical Engineering (B.S.)
from the Isfahan University of Technology (Isfahan, Iran - 2006), with a Master in Algebra, Pure Mathematics (M.S.) from Yazd
University (Yazd, Iran - 2009) and a Ph.D. in Sciences with the greatest distinction (Algebra, Pure Mathematics) from Vrije
Universiteit (Brussel, Belgium - 2012). From 2013 to 2018, M. Hossein Shahzamanian C. was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Centro
de Matemática (CMUP), Universidade do Porto at Portugal with an FCT grant (SFRH/BPD/89812/2012). From 2018 to 2024, he was
a researcher at Centro de Matemática (CMUP), Universidade do Porto in Portugal and his main research interests are in the
fields of Algebra, Finite Semigroup Theory, Group Theory, Semigroup Determinant, Semigroup Algebra, Representation theory
of finite monoids, and Nilpotent semigroups. He has participated in several international collaborations. M. Hossein Shahzamanian
C. was a member of the trilateral research project years (2015/2016) involving Porto University (Portugal), Stuttgart University
(Germany), and Bordeaux University (France). In November 2015 and October 2016, he was a visiting researcher in Germany, at
Stuttgart University to work with Manfred Kufleitner. In 2018, M. Hossein Shahzamanian C. was a visiting researcher for 3
months at City College of New York, United States, to work with Benjamin Steinberg. Also in November 2018, he was a visiting
researcher at the Dept. of Mathematics and Statistics, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic to work with Jorge Almeida.
In November 2019 and May 2023, he was again a visiting researcher at City College of New York, United States, to work with
Benjamin Steinberg. From these collaborations, some important and relevant papers are published or submitted in International
Scientific Journals. He has 15 publications (14 published and 1 submitted) in international journals, 4 conference papers,
20 Talks (oral presentations), and 24 participation in conferences. M. Hossein Shahzamanian C. is a reviewer of the American
Mathematical Society (AMS) and zbMATH Open and he is a referee in several Journals, namely: Semigroup Forum, Communications
in Algebra, Journal of Algebra and its Applications (JAA), Open Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Algorithms and Applications
(DMAA), SCIENCEDOMAIN international journal, Information Sciences journal. Simultaneously with his academic career in Iran
(till 2009), he was a Teaching Instructor at the Payame Noor University (Iran) of the courses: Graph Theory, Computer Architecture
and also he was a Teaching Assistant at the Isfahan University of Technology (Iran) of the course of Technical Pulse. He was
the supervisor of bachelor and Erasmus students. He taught a course on Representation Theory (Teoria da Representação) for
PhD students at the Universidade de Coimbra in 2023 and at Universidade do Porto in 2024. From 2017 to 2024, he was responsible
for the organization of the seminars on Semigroups, Automata and, Languages at Centro de Matemática (CMUP), Universidade do
Porto. More than 100 talks have been already done with international researchers during this period. From 2018 to 2022, he
served as a scientific advisor for the mathematical task (mathematical modeling and simulation) of the project: POCI-01-0145-FEDER-028715;
"Development of controlled delivery functional systems by microencapsulation of natural and active compounds with therapeutic,
nutritional and technological interest", developed at FEUP (Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto).
