Diogo Luís is currently a PhD student in Physics at the Centre for Environmental and Marine Studies (CESAM) of the University of Aveiro (UA) and at the Interdisciplinary Centre of Marine and Environmental Research (CIIMAR) of the University of Porto. He holds a Master Degree in Marine and Atmospheric Sciences and a Degree in Meteorology, Oceanography and Geophysics, both by UA. Previously, he worked as Research Fellow in 2 projects and 1 consulting protocol. Diogo is (co-)author of 1 article in peer-reviewed journals and more than 20 communications in national and international conferences. His research interests include the study of the hydrological cycle, atmospheric rivers, precipitation extremes, Polar Regions, Iberian Peninsula weather, air quality, and atmospheric aerosols.
