Jorge Rafael Correia Faria obtained a Bachelor (BSc) degree in Sports sciences and physical education and a Master (MSc) degree in Youth Sports, both by the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra. He is currently involved in the PhD course in sports sciences, at the same institution. Experienced an in-service training by the Portuguese Tennis Federation. Presently acting as physical education teacher at high school level and as assistant professor at the Faculty of Sport Sciences and Physical Education of the University of Coimbra, he wrote four best sellers in the field of physical education. His subject of study is focused on tennis training in its multiple social and professional expressions.
