Tiago Dias is a Guest Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics Engineering of the Porto School of Engineering (ISEP) since 2023 and a researcher at GECAD since 2021. Tiago holds a bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering and a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI), both completed at ISEP under the supervision of Isabel Praça. Currently, Tiago is pursuing his PhD in Informatics Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), where he is studying the applicability of Artificial Intelligence for Software Testing, Security, and Code Generation. Tiago's interests revolve around AI and Software Engineering (SE). As a researcher, Tiago has participated in many European Research Projects where he was able to collaborate with multiple international partners for the development of AI-based solutions. Tiago has published several research papers in both conferences and journals, and has been part of the organizing committee of the ESM2022 conference. Besides his research endeavors, Tiago dedicates his free time to learning guitar, composing, producing, and playing with his bandmates in different venues.
