My passion for psychology has led me to find new ways to learn more and improve my knowledge and skills in the scope of organizational development and people management, frequently questioning myself about one single premise: how enterprises can offer higher-value answers and solutions to their stakeholders, by integrating different resources, values, and ways of acting into an adjustment capacity to an every-day changing world? Knowing this is a complex challenge, and because I aim to have a positive impact in an organization's day-to-work, sustainability has recently become a topic in which I find great interest and willingness to do more research in TBL-drive vision that should guide any company's sustainable presence: the Planet conservation; the Profit growth; and, of course, the most precious asset: the People. With some experience in selection processes (psychological assessment; group dynamics; and individual interviews) and organizational consultancy, through undertaken academic and professional internships. Currently lecturing practical classes in Organizational Psychology (I and II) while participating as a team member in a research project concerning social responsibility and sustainability in organizations.
