Carla Sofia Palma Grosso completed her PhD in Chemistry on July 11, 2023, at the University of Coimbra, Faculty of Science and Technology. Prior to that, she earned an Master in Food Technology on July 27, 2011, from the University of Algarve, Higher Engineering Institute, and she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry - Scientific Branch on December 15, 2006, at the University of Algarve, Gambelas Campus.
