Since February 2020 coordination of the National Desertification Observatory, OND • Since February 2020 coordination of the ENAAC Biodiversity Working Group • Since 2021, one of the National Focal Points for the Ramsar Convention. In 2021 member of the team of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union as co-chair of the WPIEI for Desertification.
