My name is Rita Aires, I have a degree in Human Resources Management, a professional area that I have been working in for 9 years in an American multinational in the insurance sector. I have a master’s degree in Management, and I am now in the third and final year of the PhD in Communication Sciences. My areas of interest are in the field of human resources, organizational culture, engagement, positive organizations, human behavior, leadership, corporate communication and strategic internal communication.
