José Miguel Vaz da Cunha finished the Integrated Master¿s degree in Micro and Nanotechnologies Engineering at Faculty of Sciences and Technology, New University of Lisbon in October 2017. Currently, José is a PhD student in Physics Engineering at Aveiro University and International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) since March 2018. He is focused on the fabrication of passivation layers with different architectures to be used in thin film solar cells. Moreover, he has knowledge in electrical characterization of solar cells, namely Current-Voltage (I-V), Capacitance-Voltage (C-V) and Admittance spectroscopy. Tailored devices, namely Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor (MIS) structures have been developed in order to electrically characterize the insulator-semiconductor interface. Currently, José has 15 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
