I am a Development Technician specializing in computer vision at the Applied Research Department (CVIG: Computer Vision, Interaction and Graphics) of the Computer Graphics Center at the University of Minho, Portugal. My work focuses on applied research and the development of solutions in computer vision, image processing, and artificial intelligence. I hold a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ciego de Ávila (Cuba) and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems. Professionally, I have also been involved in data engineering, contributing to projects related to data analysis and data processing. My current work is mainly focused on computer vision and machine learning applied to image analysis, aligned with the main research areas of CVIG.
