Clara Grácio completed is PhD in Mathematics by IST-Técnico Lisboa in 2002, a Master´s degree in Mathematics - specialization in Analysis and Differential Equations by Faculty of Sciences, Lisbon in 1994 and a Bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics by Faculty of Sciences, Lisbon in 1988. She is currently Associate Professor at the Mathematics Department of the University of Évora and Director of the School of Sciences and Technology of University of Évora. She has been member of Scientific Council of of the School of Sciences and Technology since 2014, member of Scientific Council of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Research (IIFA) since 2021 and member of the Academic Senate of University of Évora since 2021 and member of the General Council of the University of Évora, 2012-2020. Integrated researcher of the Mathematics and Applications Research Center since 1994 and a member of the Executive Board and coordinator of UÉ Pole (2012-19) and and member of the General Council of the UÉ, 2012-20 and supervised several students (3 PhD). The area of research has been in the study of the geometric and analytical properties of non-invertible applications and in the understanding of the Laplacian spectrum, the behavior of the geodesic length spectrum, of the compact Riemannian manifold endowed with constant negative curvature.
