Sumaila Jaló

Graduated in Portuguese Language Studies by Escola Normal Superior Tchico Té, Bissau, in 2017, and Master's degree in Contemporary History by Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto, 2020. Secondary School Teacher at Liceu Agostinho Neto, Bissau (2014-2018). Member of the editorial team of Agenda Cultural de Bissau; PhD student in Discourse: Culture, History and Society at the Faculty of Arts and Centre for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra. Activist and researcher interested in issues of education, history and culture, with a focus on Guinea-Bissau and Portuguese-speaking African countries.
