Susana Caetano Domingos, PhD in Education from the University of Lisbon. Her initial training is the Degree in English and German Teaching from the University of Minho. Post-Graduated in Supervision and Pedagogical Guidance and certified as a professor trainer by the Scientific Pedagogical Council for Continuing Education (CCPFC/RFO – 36874/16), in areas B02 (Evaluation); B09 (Organization of the education system); C05 (Specific didactics). International Certified Professional Coach (Coach S905-2019 PT) by the Institute of Behavioral and Management Sciences, she anchors her knowledge in the area of emotional intelligence, positive psychology and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), knowledge consolidated in several nationally and internationally recognized trainings. At the moment she's attending the Master in Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton. She has been dedicated, in addition to the specific area of education and teaching/learning in higher education, to the study of various themes related to personal and professional development, such as the multiple intelligence theories, emotional intelligence, critical incidents, reflection and change, producing national and international communications and publications.
