I have PHd in Ciencies, Msc in Mathematics and degree in Mathematics, by the school of Ciencies of Minho University. I teach several mathematic courses in Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, namely Calculus, Statistics, Linear Algebra and Operations Research since 2002. I have several Scopus papers and presented my work in many international conferences. I participated in the organization of some International conferences. During my PHd I had a FCT scholarship. I was a member of projects with FCT support. I was an integrated member of the CMAT – UM research centre and I am currently collaborator of the ADiT-Lab research centre.
