Pedro Miguel Lima Almeida completed the Master's degree in Engineering and Industrial Management in 2024 at the University of Coimbra, where he also obtained his Bachelor's degree in the same field. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering and Industrial Management at the University of Coimbra, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in project management. Pedro has been actively involved in academic and associative activities, still serving as President of ESN Coimbra and Youth Policy Coordinator of ESN Portugal, developing leadership and management skills. He has participated in various conferences and initiatives, including representing ESN Coimbra at the "Enriching Communities through Engaged Mobilities" conference in Brussels and three Erasmus Generation Meetings. Also, joined the "TIMES" of ESTIEM, the EBEC of BEST, and organized various events in different fields. In 2022/2023, participated in the Erasmus+ programme for studies in Warsaw. Was also the Vice-President for Human Resources at AEGI-UC | ESTIEM LG Coimbra, Quality and Human Resources Manager at jeKnowledge Junior Enterprise, collaborator on the National Youth Council and many other positions in other associations and volunteering initiatives.
