I began my undergraduate studies in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a focus on Microbiology in 2011. After graduation, while pursuing a master's degree in collection of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical with a focus on Pharmaceutical Engineering at the University of Tehran, I started my research activities and joined the Iranian Scientific and Industrial Research Organization. I conducted my master's thesis at the Pasteur Institute of Iran the Production and Research Complex, focusing on the design and optimization of production, extraction, and purification systems for proteins from microorganisms as biomass for vaccine adjuvant production. Over seven years of study and beyond, I acquired extensive industrial and laboratory skills across various fields, including biochemistry, serology, hormone analysis, microbiology, hematology, pathology, pharmaceutical formulation, cosmetics and detergent production, quality control, quality assurance, and different aspects of the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and phytopharmaceutical industries. I gained expertise in sterile and non-sterile operations, R&D, manufacturing, and the use of pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment, adhering to GMP standards. Simultaneously, I enhanced my proficiency in machine learning and statistical methods, including MATLAB, MINITAB, time series analysis, regression modeling, hypothesis testing, design of experiments (DOE), and multi-criteria decision-making. In 2019, after completing my master's degree, I joined the Army Hospital of the Islamic Republic of Iran as a research associate during the COVID-19 pandemic. Concurrently, I conducted research at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran. During this period, I contributed to drug development and patient treatments, authored multiple international research papers as the corresponding author, and secured several patents. With achievements in pharmaceutical product development and international honors (Gold medals from Silicon Valley, USA, and the Special Award from Silicon Valley, USA; the Gold Medal of Inventions from Switzerland; the Special Gold Medal for Inventions and Innovations from Germany; the Gold Medal of Inventions from Poland; the Inventions and Innovations Award from the Inventors' Association of China; and gold medals for inventions and innovations from Turkey, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and more) and international awards, I established my pharmaceutical trading company, "Noyan Gene Biotechnology Research Company."
