Isabel Correia Neves received B.S. in Chemistry at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (Brazil, 1986), M.S. degree at the Instituto Superior Técnico (Portugal, 1989) and PhD degree in Chemistry from the University of Poitiers (France, 1993). In 1998, she joined the University of Minho (Portugal) as professor. She published more than 95 manuscripts in international scientific journals, 3 books and 4 books chapters. She is/has been supervisor or co-supervisor of 20 Msc thesis and 8 PhD thesis. Her main current interests are the development of the modified materials based in zeolite structures for environmental and care-health applications.
