Fernanda Stumpf Tonin holds a PhD in Pharmacy (University of Lisbon, Portugal) and PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Federal University of Paraná, Brazil). She is currently a Distinguished Scholar at the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Technology Department, Social and Legal Pharmacy Section, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Granada, Granada, Spain. She is also an Integrated Researcher at Health & Technology Research Center (H&TRC), Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde, Instituto Politécnico de Lisboa (ESTeSL-IPL) (Lisbon - Portugal), and Senior Research Fellow of the Health Technology Assessment Group (NATS-UFPR) from the Brazilian Ministry of Health (Brazil). Fernanda is currently the Vice-chair of the Pharmacy Practice Special Interest Group of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (PPR-SIG, FIP). She is also the Associate Editor of Exploratory Research in Clinical and Social Pharmacy (ERCSP). Fernanda has co-autored over 120 papers in referred international Journals and actively participates in a range of national and international funded projects on evidence synthesis and research methods. She also provides scientific consultancy in clinical research, health economics, market access and medical writing at eEpi Health - Health Consulting and Training - Portugal.
