Torcato Meira completed Medicine and obtained his PhD degree, in 2019, at University of Minho (research work developed in Siegelbaum laboratory, at Columbia University). He concluded the postgraduate program PCSRT at Harvard Medical School. He is now an Assistant Professor at School of Medicine of University of Minho, a Principal Investigator at the associated laboratory ICVS and a Neuroradiology Resident at Hospital de Braga. He published 7 articles in peer-reviewed journals.
