I am an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, a member of the Research Center of Applied Economic Studies of the Atlantic (CEEAplA), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), a Fellow of the EuroMed Academy of Business (EMAB) and a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) by the UK Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS). Furthermore, I am a recipient of the Outstanding Author Contribution Award at the Emerald Literati Awards for Excellence (2011) and an Outstanding Reviewer for the Strategic Management (STR) Division of the Academy of Management (AOM) Annual Meeting (2024). I have completed the Academy of Management Review (AMR) Bridge Reviewer Program and the Harvard University Derek Bok Center for Teaching & Learning Higher Education Teaching Program. I have presented my research at several prestigious academic workshops and conferences in the Management field, including those organised by the Academy of Management (AOM), the Strategic Management Society (SMS), and the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS). As of July 2025, I have an h-index of 6 and 222 citations (Google Scholar), and a Research Interest Score of 243.4 and 28,850 publication reads (ResearchGate).
