Edgar Filipe Loureiro Ladeira

Edgar F. Ladeira completed his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2025 at the University of Beira Interior, Faculty of Engineering. He is a researcher at the Instituto de Telecomunicações and a PhD student at the University of Beira Interior. To date, he has published several articles in specialized journals and international conferences. He has participated in multiple research projects, including RuraLTHINGS, in which one of the deliverables resulted from his Master’s thesis. He works in the field of Engineering Sciences and Technologies, with a focus on Computer Engineering, particularly in Communications and Systems Engineering. His main research and pedagogical development areas include Computer Networks, the Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence.
