I've been a PhD student in Public Policies, at the University of Aveiro, since 2021. I completed my Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management in 2021, at the University of Aveiro, and my Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration in 2019, also at the University of Aveiro. I have published a book chapter on work-life balance policies and have spoken at two Conferences, one at the University of Aveiro and the other at the University of Lisbon. My research field are the Social Sciences, the area that most fascinates me and I show most interest in, both Political Sciences (in the case of the PhD, focused on public policies) and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences (in the case of the Master's degree, which led to the publication of the book chapter, which brought together the public administration, with the participation of Higher Education Institutions, and the private sector, with the collaboration of companies). In my Ciência Vitae CV, the most frequent terms used to contextualize scientific, technological and artistic-cultural production are: Well-being at work; well-being at work policies; well-being and happiness; well-being and quality of life; work-life balance; work-life balance policies; and family-friendly policies.
