Lurdes Pratas Nico. Doutoramento em Ciências da Educação (2010, Universidade de Évora) e Licenciatura em 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (2001, Universidade de Évora). Exerce funções como Professora Auxiliar na Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro. É membro integrado do Centro de Investigação em Educação e Psicologia da Universidade de Évora (desde 2013), onde integra o Tema «Políticas Educativas, Territórios e Instituições». Foi Investigadora em 11 projetos de investigação científica. Tem 13 livros publicados, 39 capítulos de livros, 9 artigos em revistas com arbitragem científica e 36 artigos em livros de atas de eventos científicos. Orientou 2 teses de doutoramento (2024 e 2025). Orientou 8 dissertações de mestrado. Atualmente, orienta 10 teses de doutoramento e 3 dissertações de mestrado. É membro da equipa da Universidade Popular Túlio Espanca da Universidade de Évora (desde 2009). Integra o Conselho Consultivo e coordena (com Bravo Nico) a Delegação Regional do Alto Alentejo e do Alentejo Litoral da Associação Portuguesa de Educação e Formação de Adultos. É Presidente de Direção da Suão/Escola Comunitária de São Miguel de Machede (desde 2016). Investiga na área das políticas educativas, territórios e instituições. ________Lurdes Pratas Nico. PhD in Education Sciences (2010, University of Évora) and Degree in 1st Cycle of Basic Education (2001, University of Évora). She works as an Assistant Professor at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. He is an integrated member of the Research Center in Education and Psychology at the University of Évora (since 2013), where he covers the topic “Educational Policies, Territories and Institutions”. She was a researcher in 11 scientific research projects. He has published 13 books, 39 book chapters, 9 articles in peer-reviewed journals and 36 articles in scientific event annals books. Supervised 2 doctoral theses (2024 and 2025). Supervised 8 master's theses. Currently, he supervises 10 doctoral theses and 3 master's theses. He is a member of the team at the Universidade Popular Túlio Espanca at the University of Évora (since 2009). He is a member of the Advisory Board and coordinates (with Bravo Nico) the Regional Delegation of Alto Alentejo and Alentejo Litoral of the Portuguese Association of Adult Education and Training. He is President of the Board of Suão/Escola Comunitária de São Miguel de Machede (since 2016). Research in the area of ¿¿educational policies, territories and institutions.
