PhD in Communication - Concentration Area: Communication Processes - Research Line: Media Communication in Social Interactions at Universidade Metodista de São Paulo (UMESP). She has conducted a doctoral internship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), under the supervision of Prof. Ph.D. Randal Johnson (UCLA Spanish and Portuguese Department) with a scholarship obtained by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal em Nível Superior - CAPES). Master in Communication - Concentration Area: Contemporary Communication - Research Line: Media Products - Journalism and Entertainment at Faculdade Cásper Libero (FCL). Specialist in Journalistic Communication (Postgraduate "Lato Sensu") at FCL. Graduation in Social Communication - Qualification: Journalism at UMESP (2000) and graduated in Communication - Qualification: Advertising at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in 2001. She works as a university professor since 2008 and has worked as a professor at FIAM- FAAM-Centro Universitário in undergraduate courses in Communication (Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Radio and TV) and technicians courses (Audiovisual Production), from 2011 to 2019. She has experience in the Communication area, with emphasis on Cinema and Communication and already acted as a professor in a Cinema Post-graduation course. She was an honored teacher of the Journalism classes at the "Grade Ceremony - Journalism Undergraduate Course at FIAM-FAAM-Centro Universitário", held in September 2019 in São Paulo (SP). She is currently a professor of undergraduate courses - Technology in Animation Design and Photography at SENAC (National Service for Commercial Learning - Discipline: Theories of Communication and Media Processes), postgraduate studies in Cultural Management: Culture, Development and Market (Disciplines: Marketing Digital and Cultural) and Communication Management in Digital Media (Discipline: Social media and content curation). She also teaches the discipline Circulation Strategies and Production of Digital Contents in the Graduate Communication and Digital Media course at FIAM-FAAM-Centro Universitário, where she remains until June of this year, when she returns to Lisbon. She also coordinates NECULT Cursos e Consultoria (home office), being responsible for producing texts and video scripts for companies such as Praxis Business (Claro and Havaianas) and Faculdade das Américas (FAM). She teaches courses on cinema and screenwriting and manages the websites "NECULT" (www.necult.org) and "Paixão por Cinema" (www.paixaoporcinema.org). The following themes are objects of study: culture, cultural journalism, cultural studies, job market in audiovisual, crowdfunding, cinema and imaginary.
