George Victor Rocha Xavier obtained the degree of graduate in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS), Aracaju, Sergipe, Brazil in 2016, and obtained the master and doctor degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), Campina Grande, Paraíba, Brazil, in 2018 and 2021, respectively. From 2021, he is part of the Radio Systems research group at the University of Aveiro (UA), Portugal. George Xavier has experience in the field of electrical engineering, with an emphasis on High Voltage and Telecommunications. His research activities focus on electrical equipments, antennas, radar systems and partial discharges, areas in which he has published several articles in national and international congresses and journals.
