M.C.C.S.Montenegro is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Oporto University. Is a senior researcher of the Associated Laboratory for Green Chemistry (LAQV) of the Network of Chemistry and Technology (REQUIMTE). Her scientific interests focus on the area of analytical development, in particular on the development of (bio) sensors, monitoring emergent contaminants, water and soil remediation, food safety and biocompatible membranes development for haemodialysis.

  5. Potentiometric determination of cetylpyridinium chloride in oral desinfectants by flow injection analysis. The work describes a new procedure for cetylpyridinium chloride determination in oral disinfectants, based on a flow-injection system with potentiometric detection.
