Maria Ramos is a 1st year Ph.D. student in Informatics at the University of Minho. She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in Informatics Engineering at the same university. In her master's degree, she specialized in Language Engineering and Distributed Systems, and her master's thesis was in the latter field. She has a published paper at the international IFIP FORTE. Since 2023, Maria has been teaching practical classes for an introductory programming course at the University of Minho. Additionally, she was accepted as a volunteer at ICSE 2024. She gave an invited talk related to her master's thesis topic in the Operating Systems class of the Computer Science BSc course at the University of Minho. She has been a Research Assistant in INESC TEC since 2023.
